Memorial Day Treat!

I love this cream!!!!!!
Strawberry Cream Cake!!!!
6 store bought or handmade cake shells
Favorite fruit jam or use Nuttela (hazelnut spread)
Heavy whipped cream
1 cream cheese @ room temperature
6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or amaretto for an almond flavored
Fresh sliced strawberries
Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy smooth
Fold whipped cream in cream cheese mixture and cool for two hours
Spread 1 tablespoon of the jam or choice of spread on bottom of shell
Scoop cream mix over cake shell and top with slice strawberries
This cream mix is great for layer cakes with lady fingers
or use as topping in any fruit or dessert.
