Kristin recently added a few touches from Bloomsbury Loft with beautiful results. The pop of color introduced in the throw pillows and lamp mixed with her rustic backdrop brings a fresh look to the room. And love the artwork above the fireplace...(unfortunately, not from us).

Try This at Home

This mix of colors and patterns is sooooo energizing!!! We are using all possible resources at the store to create some new looks. We can't always run out and buy (even though we love going out to buy) but we can use our creative skills to make new what we already have. Put pieces together that we haven't before and mix patterns that are a little edgy...


Anyone can pull off a great look with endless funds...the real challenge and satisfaction is doing it on a dime... try it!

This class was great!!
Finally, about a week before the class, I finished the sample necklace...I wasn't so sure about it.
It seemed a little too chunky and stiff. But finishing it up with chain and ribbon and trying it with a simple tee....I actually finally "got' it.
It looked pretty good.
Thanks to Jennifter Paganelli and her team of creatives....I found this tutorial for a great rolled fabric flower necklace.

And thanks to the two brave girls that signed up for the class without even seeing a sample.
I just love-love-love their results!

On one we used ribbon and the other scrap pieces of fabric for the ribbon....I just love them!

Wow, yesterday was an awesome day at the shop!

The sun was shining, fresh air was coming through the OPEN door.

And people were happy to be out and about!

I know it's just a peek, but spring is on it's way....
And we are ready!

Beautiful results from Mondays trinket bracelet class!

The girls had fun and found lots of vintage goodies for their bracelets.

It's amazing how random odds and end can be put together to create something new and completely fun!
Now that's a real trasure.

Style is to see beauty in modest things.
